1. How does AirmailPharmacy1 ensure quality and distinguish itself from competitors?

AirmailPharmacy1 is exclusively working with carefully selected partners that vouch and stand for quality of products and services: Certified European Medical Doctors are approving your orders based on the information provided and a well established, fully licensed German Pharmacy is responsible for the completion of your order.

We only ship pharmaceuticals that are approved by the authorities in Germany and the European Union. We only sell branded original goods that are delivered in the original package and have the original product description enclosed.

2. Is it legal to order prescription pharmaceuticals over the Internet?

In most cases it is legal, if the order is strictly limited to personal use only. However, to be sure, please do check your country's import laws and regulations. In the United States the FDA has issued guidelines for the personal import of pharmaceutical products on a doctor's prescription, being for personal use only and for no more than a 3 months supply. AirmailPharmacy1 always provides a copy of the medical doctor's prescription.

The main and foremost concern of the health authorities is the protection of the consumers in their respective countries from fake or substandard products as well as from unprofessional or purely accommodating prescriptions.

AirmailPharmacy1 is putting utmost emphasis on professional services and quality branded products; it fulfills all these requirements of the health authorities and always has the health and well-being of its customers at heart.

3. What countries do you ship to?

AirmailPharmacy1 ships to all countries worldwide except for Australia, Germany and New Zealand.

4. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Amexco for direct credit card payments.

For VISA we have an alternative safe and convenient payment option through AlertPay. We suggest that you open an account on www.AlertPay.com to facilitate your payments. Please note that you can also make bank transfers to or use the feature of send money from your account to our account by sending it to our AlertPay Email address indicated in the payment process. 5. Why do you not accept money orders?

International-clearing for money orders can often take over one month. We feel that this is an unacceptable delay in the order process, therefore we only accept credit cards.

6. Can I place mail or phone orders?

No, for security reasons we only accept orders entered by the customer over the Internet.

7. How does the ordering process on AirmailPharmacy1 work?

All orders are received via a secure server, to ensure that your details are kept fully private.

Your credit card will be charged only for the amount indicated on your order - this includes shipping and packaging. AirmailPharmacy1's fraud prevention program follows the credit card requirements and thus preauthorizes your credit card for the amount of the order once the order is placed. We only charge your credit card once the order is shipped. In case your order is denied the preauthorization is automatically reversed 12 business days after placement of the order. This is a standard procedure by the credit card companies and can unfortunately not be changed by AirmailPharmacy1.

We ship to any personal address, but we do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Any items that are out of stock will be notified to you by email. We ship orders daily on a first in first out system and the credit card is charged only when the order has been sent.

8. Can I create an account with you?

Yes, you can and we encourage it. When you create an account with us, your data will be stored on our secure server and it will be easier for you to place a recurring order, as you will not have to retype your personal data. When you create an account with us, we will send an email to the email address you specified when registering to verify your identity. Please follow the steps in that email to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in to your account any time you want with your password.

9. Why should my order be denied?

Our medical doctors have total discretion to approve or deny your order. This process is in accordance with European law to protect our customers. Denial can happen for several reasons. The most common ones are unsafe drug interactions, unsuited medication for the medical condition described in the medical questionnaire and too large a quantity ordered of a given drug. Our doctors will specify the reason for denial in an email.

10. How will I know when my order is shipped?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon shipment indicating the date and time your order was shipped. The confirmation email also contains an order-specific tracking number and the link to the Deutsche Post homepage on which the code can be entered. The tracking number is also displayed in your account when you login on http://www.airmailpharmacy1.com/login.php.

11. How long is the shipping time of my order?

We use registered International Airmail of Deutsche Post for all our orders. The tracking can be done on https://www.deutschepost.de/sendungsstatus/bzl/sendung/index.do?locale=en&init=true. For US customers the tracking can also be verified on http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm. The shipping time depends on the destination and is calculated from the time of posting the order, which is communicated to you with the shipping confirmation email. The final delivery time depends on the reliability of the postal service in the country of destination. The indications on expected shipping times given by Deutsche Post are:

12. How can I avoid confusion in credit card statements after I've paid?

13. What is the meaning of ‘original’ and ‘generics’, of ‘branded’ and ‘non-branded’?

Original: Pharmaceutical products often take years of research and development; this requires heavy investments which are protected by patents. Products sold by the developing and patent-protected manufacturer are called ‘original’. As a general rule, these products carry names that do not reflect the name of the main ingredient.
Example: ‘Stilnox’ by Sanofi-Aventis with main ingredient ‘Zolpidem’.  

Generics: Once the patent of the original product expires, other manufacturers are allowed to produce a ‘copy-product’; these copy products are called ‘generics’. As a general rule, these products are named after the main ingredient.
Example: ‘Zolpidem’ by Ratiopharm with main ingredient ‘Zolpidem’.  

Branded: The term qualifies a product that is manufactured by a company with a recognized trade name; these are companies that are licensed and are operating in the tightly regulated countries of Western Europe (EU and Switzerland) and in North America (US and Canada); these companies sell products that are fully approved by the local regulators. Brand companies can manufacture original as well as generic products.
Examples: Pfizer, Glaxo Smithkline, Roche, Bayer (mainly original products);
                Ratiopharm, Sandoz, Hexal, StadaPharm (mainly generics).  

Non-Branded: These are all other companies and products; some of them might be of equally good quality, but others might not; as their operational environment is less or not at all regulated, it is very difficult to determine their quality.

It is AirmailPharmacy1’s strict policy to sell BRANDED products only. When ordering from AirmailPharmacy1, you are guaranteed to receive a product from a highly reputable, brand-name manufacturer.

15. Why do you often list two names for a product?

Some products are sold under different names in different parts of the world, mainly in Europe and the US. When we list a product under two names, the first name is the popular name that is mostly used in the US whilst the second name stands for the same product that is manufactured and sold in Germany where our pharmacies and their wholesale distributors are located.

Where you see two names listed, you will receive the branded quality product listed by the second name.
