Pharmacy and Product Services In Germany and the European Union the product liability lays fully and solely with the manufacturer. AirmailPharmacy1 only takes responsibility for ensuring that the correct product, in the correct amount and the correct strength is supplied to the correct patient. AirmailPharmacy1 generally dispenses branded original products; where the patent has expired, the respective generic brands are also offered; AirmailPharmacy1 only sells pharmaceutical products that are manufactured by recognized quality brand names that are fully registered and licensed in Germany or other EU member states. All products ordered are dispensed by one of AirmailPharmacy1's fully licensed affiliate pharmacies domiciled in Germany or in another EU member state. Delivery Services The products are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser. AirmailPharmacy1 and/or all of its associated pharmacies and pharmacists, affiliates and cooperating companies take no responsibility for compliance with importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. This final responsibility remains with you, the customer. All shipments are sent by registered mail or courier and need to be signed for by you or a fully authorized delegate who should be over 21 years of age.
